I needed a root canal that I had delayed for about six months… maybe longer. I finally made the appointment and from the moment I called the office, the team was so patient, helpful, and kind. I called back a handful of times before my appointment with questions and they answered everything so professionally but in a way that I completely understood, too - thanks, Natasha!! On the day of my procedure, they were timely and honest. I ended up not needing certain scans and instead of just charging me anyway, they were upfront with it. It was refreshing to have someone looking out for my body and my wallet!! Dr. Saltzman took great care of me before, during, and following the procedure and created such a calm environment for what I know can be an uncomfortable procedure. It was so helpful to put me at ease. Hoping I never need dental work again but would only ever go here :)

I could not be more grateful for Dr. Gretchen Heinsen. I had to get a root canal while I was working on board a cruise ship and she came in early on a Saturday(twice!) to take care of me. She treated me like I was family. I will never forget it for the rest of my life. This was almost 7 years ago now. Thank you Dr. Heinsen!! <3

After a frustrating situation with my regular dentist of four years trying to charge me uninsured prices, I was referred by a friend to Fort Lauderdale Endodontist and Dr. Heinsen. From the very first phone call, I felt at ease—friendly, calm, and actually helpful (which is rare when you’re in pain and stressed). They worked with my insurance, got me in within days, and took care of my very painful root canal at a reasonable rate. 🦷 Dr. Heinsen was fantastic—cool, confident, and the procedure was smooth and damn near painless. Honestly, best-case scenario for a root canal. 10/10 would recommend. If you need an endodontist, this is the place. 🦷😃

Beyond amazing, I was easily accomodated for an appointment. The front office team were warm, welcoming and efficient. Very short wait-time. They were very transparent when breaking down insurance coverage and patient responsibility. Dr Saltzman and her dental nurse were comforting and reassuring the whole time and worked amazing as a team. Dr Saltzman's attention to detail was impressive and a rare find in the current-day dental and health industry.

Thank you FTL Endodontics for making a horrendous experience so much easier than I anticipated. Dr. Gretchen Heinsen did an amazing job with her expertise and her kind caring compassionate manner. Shout out to Brittany for her level I assistance. Highly recommended.
